How we help your practice - Optometry
Retasure® is a validated programme designed to provide a range of clinical services
for professional Optometrists. The technology is already in widespread use throughout
the world and makes it possible for Optometrists to connect and communicate directly
with local primary care providers and GP’s as well as Ophthalmologists in leading
eye centres. Retasure® provides patients with the peace of mind that they are receiving
the best possible eye care based on a simple fee for service structure. Primary
assessment of their retinal image remains the responsibility of the Optometrist
but Retasure® provides the clinical infrastructure to manage the long term health
of the patient. Primary care physicians are able to refer patients directly to Retasure®
enrolled Optometrists knowing that a high standard of care is guaranteed. Patients
visiting a Retasure® Optometric Practice can be confident that any sight threatening
eye disease will be detected as soon as possible and will be able to receive the
best possible advice from their local specialist.
Working in direct partnership with local and national clinicians the optometric
practice will attract and retain patients that take their eye care seriously. Patient
loyalty is significantly enhanced because the patient knows that Retasure® is reliable,
accurate and safe.
